With the TR 70 LCD, you can process hot melt adhesives in 310 ml aluminium cartridges in a point, stroke or caterpillar shape.

With the Reka TR 70 LCD hot glue gun, adhesive can be easily applied in point and caterpillar form. The adhesive is applied from the adhesive gun via compressed air supply. Pneumatic adhesive guns simplify fast working and precise regulation of the ejected hot glue.

Electronic temperature control with LCD display

Thanks to the built-in electronic temperature control, the working temperature is reached within 3 to 10 minutes. In addition, it keeps the set temperature very constant and is thus particularly suitable for temperature-sensitive adhesives. Precise temperature adjustment allows the built-in LCD display and pushbuttons. The user knows what temperature the device currently has and can thus maintain the optimal processing temperature.

Processing of reactive adhesives in 310 ml cartridges (e.g. PUR)

Cartridge guns process 310 ml of aluminium cartridges filled with adhesive. For example, PUR hot glue or POR hot glue can be processed. The cartridges can be changed quickly and easily. The optional KVG cartridge preheater heats up the adhesive before processing, increasing the possible adhesive throughput for even faster and more efficient work.

Additional nozzles expand application possibilities

The number of possible job images is extended many times over by the Reka nozzle program. Almost all nozzles contained therein can be used with every Reka adhesive gun and an additional adapter available.

Ideal for testing hot melt adhesives (e.g. laboratory application)

With cartridge devices and the appropriate empty cartridges, you can quickly and cleanly process different adhesives one after the other. This is particularly suitable for working in the laboratory or for the qualification of new adhesives for processing on large plants.
